What's the quickest cheapest way to get 5 more statues? - Guild Wars Forums

Hey guys, IGN Karano Kyoukai here and I am looking for some input. After doing a bit of research, I have a somewhat (hopefully) decent plan regarding getting 5 more HoM Points to get 30/50 in cheapest way possible.

1. Green Quality Black Moa Mini +1
2. 9 more cheap unded minis (50k ish?) +1
3. Two more Armor sets (Could someone look up my HoM and tell me what the two cheapest remaining armor sets I could nab are?) for 7 sets. +2
4. War in Kryta for Opp wep +1

What do you guys think? Or would a different way be easier? Thanks.

2 of the eotn armors (asura, norn, monument) will be the cheapest if you have rank 5 in any of the titles. They'll be 40k+materials each (you don't need the headpiece). Otherwise you're looking at 60k+mats.

Getting 8 more hero armors would probably be cheaper overall. (It'd also be cheaper than the oppressor weapon. If you're doing the quests for that, and you really want to squeeze every last penny out of what you have, you could sell the weapon and buy/farm hero armor.) Also, one of the first year greens might be cheaper than the black moa chick, but I'm not sure what the prices are like right now.

Edit: I suspect the absolute cheapest 5 points would be 1x green mini, 9x cheap minis, 18x hero armors (+phoenix and black widow), and your choice of either an oppressor weapon or 2 more armor sets. At any rate, that's 6 points total, and you just need 5.

I'm not sure where your priorities lie -- cheap or quick. Where HoM is concerned, it's usually one or the other.

You've already finished Nightfall but don't have the Protector title. I would imagine it would be easy enough to tie up the loose ends on that statue. Then just 3 more statues and you'd have another point there. Obvious choice would be HM missions in 2 campaigns and Sorrow's Furnace, which you could check off while getting the moa chick.

For the rest, follow Pyrthas' advice. But my suggestions would only be if you favor cheap over quick.

1. Green Quality Black Moa Mini +1 - one, do the quest to hatch your own, youll end up doing sorrows furnace thus knocking out another statue when you put the moa in, go to your statues area and put that B!%@# in there.
2. 9 more cheap unded minis (50k ish?) +1. do it, take a list of which ones u need and inbox me then i can hook a brother up when i get a chance.
